The special meeting of the Mazeppa City Council was called to order at 7:07 PM by Mayor Chris Hagfors.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Present: Mayor Chris Hagfors. Council Persons Crystal Hughley, Michael Hammes, and Dustin

Wiebusch.

Others Present: City Engineer Matt Mohs, City Attorney Luke Lamprecht, Deputy Clerk-Erica Young, and City Administrator-Clerk Karl Nahrgang.

Absent: Councilperson Steve Liffrig.

Motion by Hughley, second by Hammes to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed.

Carried.

Motion by Hammes, second by Wiebusch to approve Resolution 2026-16 to delegate cannabis business regulation to Wabasha County. All in favor, none opposed. Carried.

Motion by Hammes, second by Wiebusch to adjourn the meeting. All in favor, none opposed. Carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
