The regular City Council had been recessed on December 22, 2021 at 7:02 PM until December 28, 2021 for a Parks and Recreation meeting that would involve a quorum of the Council.

A quorum was not present to reconvene the meeting and the recess was continued until the January 12, 2022 Regular Council Meeting.
