City of Mazeppa Notice of Candidate Filing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN regarding the City General Election, which shall be held in the City of Mazeppa, Wabasha County, Minnesota, on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026, at the Mazeppa Community Center, located at 278 1st Ave. N, Mazeppa, MN between the hours of 7am and 8pm and that the following offices will be filled:
Mayor (1 position available): 2 year term
Councilperson (2 positions available): 4 year term
Councilperson (1 position available): remaining 2 years of current term.
Filing for candidacy opens at 8 AM on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, and closes at 5 PM on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026.
Interested candidates must complete an Affidavit of Candidacy at Mazeppa City Hall, 121 Maple Street NE, Mazeppa, Minnesota, and pay the fee of $2 to the City Administrator-Clerk at the time of the filing.
