Section 1. Meetings.
(a) Regular: The City Council shall meet in the Council rooms in the Mazeppa City Hall on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 P.M. for its regular meetings.
(b) Special: A special meeting may be called by the Mayor or any two members of the City Council.
Section 2. Compensation.
The Mayor and Councilpersons of the City Council shall be compensated for their services as follows:
Council Members: $65 per attended regular meeting of the City Council, and in addition thereto, $25 for every attended special meeting.
