Section 1.
Pursuant to the unfunded mandate passed by the 1992 Minnesota legislature, each water service connection in the City of Mazeppa is hereby assessed an annual service fee to be set by the City Council by resolution. Said assessment shall be made against the owner or his designated representative of each water service connection within the city limits of Mazeppa.
Section 2.
The said service charge shall be collected once per year with the billing to be done October 1.
Section 3.
The annual service charge imposed herein may be changed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
